01 Different delivery methods available

EMI conteneur gives you the choice between delivery with or without unloading at the address of your choice.

With unloading

This method is comprehensive. The carrier uses a crane to maneuver the container within a radius of 5-6 meters. Installation on concrete slab, pads or shims. We take care of the entire process.

Without unloading

Delivery to the specified address without unloading service. You must have the necessary logistical equipment (forklift, crane, bridge crane...).

02 Delivery times

EMI conteneur is committed to offering you quality delivery. Deadlines run from the date of order registration.

France (Mainland & Corsica): 4 to 5 working days after payment.
Overseas territories & International: By specific quote only.

In case of delay, the seller's responsibility cannot be engaged. No request for compensation can be claimed.

03 Delivery terms

Delivery is only made after confirmation of payment by the seller's banking institution.

Products are delivered to the address indicated on the order form. The buyer must ensure its accuracy. Any package returned for incorrect address will be re-shipped at the buyer's expense.

In case of anomaly upon receipt:

Check the condition of the items in front of the delivery person.
In case of damage, imperatively refuse the package.
Note precise and handwritten reservations on the delivery slip.
Confirm these reservations by registered letter to the carrier within 2 working days.

04 Returns and Delivery Errors

Any claim of delivery error or non-conformity must be formulated on the same day or at the latest on the first working day following delivery.

Return costs are borne by the seller in case of proven error.
